Selecting a new painting is a very personal choice. Purchasing online is a big commitment as a painting is a unique and tactile object. Regardless of a painting’s quality it is your personal preference which dictates which piece catches your eye. You might fall in love with a canvas on screen and fall out of love with it on your wall. That is why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
What’s covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee?
The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to original artworks bought online through www.avocagallery.com . It applies to paintings valued €500 and upwards, and shipped within the E.U., U.S.A or Canada.
Returned artwork which is damaged or not in its original condition can not be fully refunded. In this case we assess any damage on a case-by-case basis. There are no returns on special offers, prints, commissions, or gifts and merchandise.
How do I avail of the Satisfaction Guarantee?
In the unlikely event that you are not still totally in love with your new picture after 14 days we will arrange collection and refund your payment (less the shipping costs).
This will give you time to live with your new art, and experience it in various rooms, lighting situations, and even moods.
For a simple return service, you will need to note the following:
- You inform us per email of your intention to return the artwork within 14 days of delivery.
- You make the artwork available for collection in its original packaging within 14 days of notification of your decision to return.
- In the event of a return, you will be refunded the purchase price less the outward (contained within the purchase price) and return shipping and insurance costs.
- When the artwork has been returned to Avoca Gallery in its original condition, we will initiate the refund.
