Refund on Prints, Collectables and Gifts

In the case of goods which are damaged or do not arrive we will replace them upon receipt of email notification. We will require a photo of any damaged goods and their packaging.

Refunds on Vouchers

Our vouchers have no expiry date. They may be redeemed for a single purchase/booking or one bit-at-a-time until all value has been fully used. We do not offer a cash back option.

Delivery of Original Paintings

All original paintings are crated and shipped free of charge worldwide. We use dedicated couriers with full insurance to cover loss or damage. You will be able to track your painting’s journey through the courier’s website. The courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days of purchase date.

Delivery of Prints, Collectables and Gifts

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of purchase date. *We will send you an e-mail with your track-and-trace number when your order has been dispatched. By clicking on the link you will see when the parcel will be delivered to you.

            *smaller orders are dispatched through the regular postal service and do not have a tracking number.

Delivery of vouchers

You will receive your Gift Voucher as an email containing a unique coupon code. The recipient must use that code towards purchase of a product or workshop
