Remembering St. Brendan’s legendary trans Atlantic voyage centuries before the Vikings or Columbus Rod Coyne painted “Pilgrim’s Dream” on residency at the Cill Rialaig International Artists Retreat in Co. Kerry Ireland. The painting belongs to Rod’s Atmospherics period and speaks of mythical, maritime adventure. Coyne’s painting would make the perfect addition to any home or office for art collectors and all with an Irish interest. It is signed on the front and carries a date and inscription by the artist on the reverse.
